The Aurora EAP offers a full range of service options to help you make the most of your most valuable resource—your people.

Employee consultations

We continually strive to provide the highest quality and most convenient employee consultations available. Our team of experienced professionals provides confidential consultations to determine an employee’s specific needs and recommend the most appropriate services. With quality and convenience in mind:

  • All consultations are with masters-prepared counselors and are available either in-person or telephonically, depending on the employee’s preference.
  • Telephonic consultations are available immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Our goal is to offer in-person consultations at facilities no further than 20 miles or 30 minutes from the employee’s company or home.
  • Same-day appointments are available in urgent or emergent situations.
  • Assessment counselors may link employees with community resources, support groups, our EAP Work-Life Balance Services or professional treatment.

We offer a full menu of training options for management, employees and DOT supervisors. Training sessions are included as standard components in all our EAP service models.

We provide unlimited consultations on sensitive workplace issues, interpersonal conflicts and strategies for employee retention. Whatever your business dilemmas, we can provide or connect you with the right solutions. The topics we consult on include:

Crisis management

Your EAP Account Executive is your partner in crisis prevention and management. If an unfortunate event should occur, the EAP can provide crisis management services to support the employer and employees who may be affected by the incident. Aurora EAP uses a strengths-based, forward-looking approach that promotes resiliency and normalcy, and helps move employees from victims to survivors.
